The mortgage loans are made to many different borrowers for a variety of business and investment purposes.

The decision to approve a loan for offering to Borrowers is undertaken by RF Eclipse Limited and reviewed by Credit Committee in accordance with its lending guidelines.

RF Eclipse Limited offers:

• Quick approvals (subject to receipt of sufficient information)
• Quick low cost valuations – 2 to 3 days from $195.00 for metro residential
• Practical and straight forward procedures and requirements for settlement
• Provision to lend to companies over residential investment properties outside National Consumer Credit code
• Construction loans – available for small projects, including owner builder in metro area with a LVR of up to 50% of the end value 
• Loans with a LVR of up to 65% for residential, 40% for vacant land and 50-60% for commercial properties depending on the security being offered
• In-house loan approval, assessment of valuation, management of other issues and legal instructions
• Investment guidelines targeting prudent loans with a sound loan to valuation ratio (LVR) and moderate interest rates so that quality borrowers are attracted
• Loan terms of 12 months to 24 months depending on borrower's requirements
